Sewer
Branch
Mostly subterranean, the Sewer Branch in Rust is a similar size to the Dome or Satellite Dish. While not entirely linear there are only a couple of paths into the lower levels and encounters with aggressive players will usually result in close quarters combat.
Note: To complete your run of Sewer Branch you'll need a Green Card and a Fuse. The Fuse goes in the larger of the two surface buildings while the Green Card allows you access to the main underground areas.
On the surface
The surface level of the Sewer Branch has loot dotted around a couple of buildings, there is a recycler at the larger building as well as a few vehicles.
There isn't a huge amount of cover at the recycler so keep your eyes peeled for players trying to sneak up on you.
There is one entrance to the tunnels on the surface, by the road leading to the larger building.
In the canyon
In the canyon you'll find a large piping system contained in a metal and concrete tower, this is a parkour puzzle that can be quite tricky to complete.
If you make it to the top you'll be rewarded with a few crates of loot.
There is also a second entrance to the underground tunnels to the side of this tower.
Tunnel access
The entrance tunnels are capped by Green Card Security Doors - you'll need to find the Fusebox and Switch before you can operate the doors.
Underground
Once inside the main underground area you'll find a good assortment of loot, another Recycler and a Small Refinery. This whole area is packed with nooks where a camper can sit, if combat occurs it'll mostly be close-quarters due to the enclosed nature.
Dangers
Above ground the clear lines of sight and central cover can make approaches tricky, but that same cover will also make spotting players sneaking up difficult if you aren't looking. Underground is a different story, with cover and debris everywhere, any combat will be up close and personal.
Final thoughts
Sewer Branch offers a good selection of loot and some good utilities protected by Security Doors - combat can be quite mixed depending where you are, so a mix of weapons might be a good idea?
